“I am here today to present the Spirit Award, which recognizes the extraordinary enthusiasm, dependability, and work ethic of an employee from any function within the company. This year’s recipient has brought new ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to their role, not only coming up with fun, creative ways to engage with our online audiences but also with our employees. More than just an idea factory, this person follows through with a solid plan and follows up with a performance report, always striving to learn from past efforts and build upon successes. As a co-chair of the Culture and Inclusion committee, she champions workplace inclusivity and helps plan events that bring everyone together. She radiates positivity and helps to bring out the best in those around her. It is my absolute pleasure to present this year’s Spirit Award to Jessica Prather.”
